Inks need a little fuelling

By Karen Nodalo

In most prints, ink is the ultimate factor why printing outputs change. Change may be for good or for disaster. Printing is on the run and on top of the list for a business and marketing promotion. To have nice prints and nice colors, inks are responsible for that. Without inks, printing would never be possible and printing would never exist. The ink is the heart of printing because it makes everything visible and evident. But inks sometime cause a disaster. If printing does not turn out good and if the printer is doing just fine, the major problem would be the inks.

Although in printing, it is expected to encounter such problems like blotting or missed spots. Printer users often think that inks should not be put into consideration and they think it will never fail them but the printer will do. Before we all know it, inks can get sensitive and messy sometimes if not given the right dosage. There are some reminders to take into consideration. You might think after charging up inks in your printer, you can go on with your printing sprees.

Mind you, inks are expensive so it is important to check every other time if your inks are properly charged up. Sometimes, you cartridge fails to hold the inks causing them to leak and everything gets messy. There are about hundreds of different kinds of printers and they have their own tastes. Sometimes the ink you feed your printer may not be compatible causing it not to print properly as expected. You can refer to the manual to know what kind of ink your printer prefers. Sometimes, a printer brand goes for one type of ink only. There are also printers that can be fed with different types of inks.

Some printers have two cartridges, one for black and white and one for the colored. It is more advisable to buy printers with two cartridges so you don’t get to waste your inks. Sometimes inks need a little fueling once it is charged. Sometimes due to long storage, inks get a little dense and compressed which requires a little shaking or quite a run down. If the ink is charged into the cartridge, do not expect to have instant prints that are clear and stunning. If your printer hasn’t been used for quite a long time, try to test it and clean it up properly.
